I have been working in the field of skin- and beauty-care since 1995.  I started out as a Beauty Care Consultant for the South African based Jean Guthrie Beauty Care Company.  The same year I became an Area Manager for Jean Guthrie Beauty Care in Estonia.  My responsibilities included training new Beauty Consultants; helping the existing Consultants to continually develop in the field of beauty and skin-care; placing orders for all and serving my own personal clients.  During those years I taught skin-care and the use of colours to young models in a modelling school in Tallinn; did professional make-up to my personal clients,  to brides and to models during fashion shows; had my own column in Estonian women’s magazine “Stiil” (“Style”).  I gave up my column when I took time to travel for 5 years in Europe, America, and Mexico.  My health and beauty articles have been published in Estonian and US health & beauty magazines.  I regularly speak at women's events and churches.  I host a  radio show at Raadio 7.

   
Allow me to introduce my older brother's 3 teenage sons - Georg 16, an indoor rowing gold medal winner among Baltic states and Scandinavian countries; sharing an armchair with me is Karl 19 who just returned from his year in Australia as an exchange student and is seeking for his spot in life; and Harald 14, who on the pic has a huge patch on his chin, having landed on his face during an ice storm. He is an archer.  I love those guys!

In the end of last year I became an author.  I finished my first book, in my mother tongue, Estonian, called "Your Words Shape Your Life" ("Su sõnad kujundavad su elu")  It was indeed a very exciting event and I am grateful to everyone who helped me along this path.

Over 17 years ago my life changed.  I always believed there was more to life than just physical and mental planes.  I knew there was more to life than what I could see, feel, smell, taste and hear ...but I did not know how to connect with this unseen realm.  I sensed a void within me that no person could fill, no pleasure could satisfy (but for a short moment), and no amount of money could gratify... believe me, I tried it, but there still was something missing in my life.  I had a go at different religions, but they all felt exactly that - religions - man-made sets of rules - and I dropped each!  Finally I found something ...or rather someone to fill that void within me.  I met the Living God.  Sounds spooky?  Well, it's the Truth.  I found the living faith ...not religion, but a real relationship with my Creator.  That changed my life.  That also made me the person I am today.  All my services and teachings stem from my faith ...my faith in the Living God ...my faith in the teachings of the Bible.

My mission is to teach people about body-mind-spirit health, fitness and beauty... about the difference between man-made ingredients in personal- and home-care products and purely organic ingredients... about the health of our minds - the importance of right thinking... and about the health of our spirits/hearts.  Read more about it here.

I believe that the Holy Spirit inspired teachings of the Bible contain an answer to every single question a human mind can conceive and every single problem a man could ever encounter.  I also belive that nature has given us everything for healthy living, but we have thought that man-made products and ingredients were better ...and we have payed a hefty price for this attitude.  Almost all known diseases have started from the contaminated food, contaminated environment, contaminated skin-, hair-, oral-, body-, home-care products and food supplements we use so readily every day.  Our bodies can only take so many synthetic substances, then they quit and the result is disease and early death.  Another set of diseases have their roots in wrong thinking and wrong conduct.  My desire and passion is to teach people how to change their life-styles so that we all can live disease-free, happy, healthy, prosperous, fulfilled lives till old age.  Yes, it is possible!  ...no, it is never too late to start!
